My wife was very particular about the flowers for our wedding. After several calls to listings which stated "Flowers in Kent," "Kent Florist," "Floral shop in Kent" I finally located an actual flower shop. Lora and Wayne helped us out from start to finish with the floral arrangements for our wedding and I'm so thankful they did. They have a beautiful shop off Central in Kent, maybe the largest here locally. When we spoke to Lora for the first time it was obvious that she had the experience in the industry we were looking for. She walked us through numerous options to choose from (with the help of our wedding planner of course) until we found the floral decor that best fit our special day. My wife wouldn't stop complimenting how beautiful the flowers looked and it was a true testament to the time and detail that Lora took making the flowers look absolutely perfect. Dont even waist your time looking around this florist is easily the best around! Thanks again Lora and Wayne, -Jon

I read the first review and had to write my own to set the record straight. My name is Mollie and me and my husband Justin got married summer of last year and used Kent Floral. We live in Puyallup but decided to go with them cause my sister and her best friend used them and I loved the flowers at their wedding. We are a military couple and didnt have a lot of money to spend. We mad our own centerpieces so was just looking for bridal party flowers. I spoke to a couple other florists for comparison and they all tried to talk me into buying flowers that I didnt want and pressured me really bad. When I went to Kent Floral the girl that helped me was in her 20's liked me and we totally related. She listened to the things that I wanted and did an awesome job helping me to keep things in my budget and knew all the trendy designs. She called me several times to check in and see if I needed any help with planning and when my day did come she was there to help set up and even pined the corsages on the guys and our moms. It felt like a had a friend with me doing my flowers. I would totally recommend this florist for anyone and I've already talked my former room mate into using them for her wedding. Im not sure what happened with the first review but that doesn't sound like the girl who helped me with my wedding. So if you use them (which I highly suggest you do) ask for Lisa!!

My best friend is getting married in just a few weeks and went with Kent Floral. She spent hours planning the boquets and having meetings until everything was perfect. But when she decided to pick up her own flowers from a farmers market for the centerpieces to save some money, the florist got mad and dumped her saying, "I'm not going to make enough money off of your wedding, it's just not worth it to me". My friend was already spending over a thousand dollars going through Kent Floral, but apparently, that wasn't enough. She made no effort to accomodate her or work with her in any way. She gave her no notice, or opportunity to discuss the issue further. Now, with only seventeen days left until her wedding, she is without a florist and has no idea what to do. Interestingly, their website shows a pretty picture of the employees all together right next to a banner which reads, "Providing quality customer sevice". Yeah, for who? The rich people? It doesn't say, "Dumping brides who don't spend three thousand dollars without notice." If this is the "quality customer sevice" you're looking for, feel free, otherwise, steer clear.
